Automated scan limitations
The scan evaluates a limited set of public website signals at one point in time. It may be affected by availability, security controls, redirects, unusual markup, or later site changes. Its readiness score is not a search ranking, an AI-platform score, or proof that any platform will mention or recommend a business.
No placement guarantee
AI platforms, search engines, indexes, models, and citation systems are operated by independent third parties and change frequently. BuildLogics.ai does not guarantee rankings, citations, mentions, recommendations, traffic, leads, or revenue.
Engagement terms
Any paid engagement will be governed by a separate written scope covering deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, access, approvals, and limitations.
Acceptable use
You may scan only public business websites for a legitimate evaluation purpose. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, evade rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Intellectual property
Website copy, design, methodology descriptions, and BuildLogics.ai branding may not be reproduced or represented as another provider’s work without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
